Multi-Span “1” (MS-1) is a building framing system where the total building width is divided into two or more equal spans using interior columns. These interior supports reduce the span length of each frame, making the structure more economical for wider buildings. The ridge line remains symmetrical, and loads are efficiently transferred through the columns to the foundation. MS-1 systems are commonly used for large warehouses, factories, and industrial sheds where wide floor areas are required at lower cost.
Multi-Gable (MG) is a building framing system that consists of two or more gable frames connected side by side, creating multiple roof peaks and valleys. This system is symmetrical about each ridge line and is used for very wide buildings without excessively increasing frame depth. Multi-Gable structures provide good drainage, improved architectural appearance, and efficient load distribution. They are commonly used in large industrial buildings, warehouses, and commercial facilities.
Arched Clear-Span (AS) is a framing system in which the roof is formed by a curved or arched frame spanning the full building width without interior columns. The arch shape efficiently distributes loads, allowing larger clear spans with reduced structural weight. This system provides a spacious, unobstructed interior and an attractive architectural appearance. Arched clear-span buildings are commonly used for sports complexes, aircraft hangars, and large industrial facilities.
Single Slope (SS) is a building framing system where the roof slopes in only one direction, without a central ridge line. The frame is asymmetrical, with one side wall higher than the other to create the slope. This design is simple, economical, and well-suited for drainage and rainwater flow. Single slope buildings are commonly used for warehouses, extensions, utility buildings, and industrial sheds.
Lean-To (LT) is a secondary framing system that is attached to the side of a main building, sharing one wall or column line for support. It has a single-slope roof that “leans” away from the main structure. Lean-to buildings are economical and easy to construct, making them ideal for storage areas, loading bays, parking sheds, or future expansions. They are commonly used as add-on spaces rather than standalone structures.

DECK SHEET :
Composite Floor Deck is a steel deck with a ribbed profile, which binds with concrete slab and together forms a part of the floor structure. This interlocking between the concrete and the floor deck is brought about through a system of embossment and ribs which are built into the deck, creating a reinforced concrete slab that serves the dual purpose of permanent form and positive reinforcement. Composite decking is one of the most effective method of constructing floors in steel building and very useful in high rise RCC / Steel Buildings.

Galvalume sheets a pierced fixed roof and wall covering system, consists of structurally engineered profiled panels, available in single lengths upto 12 m and fixed by means of self-drilling fasteners. It can be used for roof slopes as low as 1 in 10.
Material Specification:
Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS 1397, coating class AZ150 (min. 150gms/m2 zinc-aluminium alloy coating mss,total of both sides), 550 MPa strength. The alloy coating comprises of 55% aluminium, 43% zinc and 1.5% silicon.
Secondary Framing consists of elements which support the roof and wall sheeting and transfer loads the primary framing. These includes Roof purlins and wall girts, Eave Struts, Clips etc.
PURLINS (Continuous support) :
Roof purlins are cold-formed Z profiles, normally 200 to 250mm deep out of 1.6 to 3.15 mm thick steel. These are fixed to the top flangers of the rafters by means of clips bolted to the rafters and the purlin web bolted to the clips. Purlin ends are over-lapped to act as continuous beams.
GIRTS (Continuous support) :
Wall girts are cold formed Z sections, normally 200 to 250mm deep out of 1.6 to 3.15 mm thick steel. These are fixed to the outer flange of the side wall columns.
